Good News, Everyone!

I realize that I have been incredibly MIA from this blog.  However, I swear I have a very good reason...

Coming soon in February 2013...

Well, as it turns out, the IUI worked!!  I am currently eight weeks and three days pregnant!!

I haven't update this blog for a couple different reasons:

1. I wanted to make sure that I told as many people as possible before they read it on the internet.
2. I have been having a textbook pregnancy, which includes constant nausea.  Unfortunately, reading and going onto the computer are now arduous tasks because the words just seem to dance across the page, which in turn makes me incredibly dizzy. In four weeks, I'm very much looking forward to picking back up with my reading and writing.  That said, my nausea--and the occasional vomiting--are nothing short of a blessing!!  I am so incredibly thankful for the little miracle that is currently growing, and I will take whatever comes with it.  Also, I hear that nausea is the sign of a healthy pregnancy!  Score!

I will have more details to come, but I first want to thank all of you who have followed my blog and shared with me such wonderful words of encouragement.  Thank you all so much for your prayers, your support, and your love.  I honestly could not have made it through this time without you.  And to anyone with PCOS, or any woman who is struggling to get pregnant, miracles do happen!
