It's a boy!!!

Apparently my Spiderman dream is coming true as we are set to have a beautiful baby boy arrive February 2!  Of course, once we found out the gender, I had to run out and see what Spiderman gear I could buy.  I found a pretty cool t-shirt...but our boy won't be able to wear it until he's about two years old. :)  I did of course get a football outfit that he can wear as soon as he's born.  Daddy was super pleased with that!

People continually asked me which I preferred having, a boy or a girl.  I always responded saying, "I want a baby."  It's true.  After trying for two and a half years to get pregnant (and really really trying for six months), not only was I not allowed to be picky, but I really did not care if God chose to give me a son or daughter.  Now that we know, I am so absolutely thrilled that I have a squirmy little boy growing in my belly.  I can already tell that he takes after his mom and dad because he would not sit still during the ultrasound.  I know I'm going to have a handful with him once he's a toddler...but I just could not feel more blessed!
